【きょうの発心　題目根本に苦難を変毒為薬】

　何なる世の乱れにも各各をば法華経・十羅刹・助け給へと湿れる木より火を出し乾ける土より水を儲けんが如く強盛に申すなり（呵責謗法滅罪抄、１１３２ページ・編５９９ページ）
通解
　いかなる世の乱れにも、あなた方を法華経や十羅刹女よ助け給え、と湿った木から火を出し、乾いた土から水を出すように強盛に祈っている。
